REPORTING TO DISPATCH MANAGER, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL;
Key Result Areas: *Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order, *Check that goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications. *Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing. *Supervise, monitor and guide Loading Assistants. *Sign off the goods dispatched note. *Any other duties assigned by Dispatch Manager*

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*Ordinary Diploma in any business-related discipline. *2 years of relevant experience is required.
SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
*Effective Verbal and written communication. *Professional personal presentation. *Customer service orientation skills. *Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence. *Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions. *Decision making skills is required.
