AFCE Uganda Position holder will take responsibility for implementing RMNCH Strategies through provision of routine Technical Assistance to supported facilities to enhance the integration of RMNCH services into HIV service delivery
Candidates must have a minimum of a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery, and must be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council, with a valid practicing license. A Bachelors degree in Nursing and Midwifery/Health related field is an added advantage.
He/she must have 3 years’ experience as a Nurse/Midwife in the District Health System, with 2 years’ experience in providing eMTCT, family planning, nutrition and other RMNCH services.
The successful candidate shall also have experience in implementation of Health Systems Strengthening interventions, knowledge of the current WHO and National RMNCH, eMTCT framework and guidelines, plus experience in coaching and mentoring.
